Playful mindfulness for curious little hearts

Through gentle stories, imagination, and simple breathwork, young children learn to calm their bodies and hearts. Each short adventure blends storytelling with mindful movement and loving-kindness, making stillness feel magical.

They’ll learn to:

  • Take calming breaths when they feel upset

  • Notice and name feelings kindly

  • Relax their bodies with imagination

  • Share warm wishes with themselves and others
