Mindfulness for Ages 12–15

Guided stories, mindful movement, and simple centering practices help preteens and teens navigate their emotions and build self-awareness. Each session encourages a return to with awareness and compassion.

They’ll learn to:

  • Anchor themselves in the breath

  • Find ease in the present moment

  • Observe their feelings without judgment

  • Plant seeds of empathy for others
